- Do we have complimentary transportation to the Visitor Center, downtown area, and rail depot?
- Yes; There is complimentary transportation to the Visitor Center and downtown area from Denali Bluffs Hotel and Grande Denali Lodge.
- There is a one-time transfer fee for the rail transportation to and from the Denali Bluffs Hotel and Grande Denali Lodge.
- Can we book adventure tours at the hotel?

- Do the rooms have a microwave and refrigerator?
- Yes; All rooms have miniature refrigerators and microwaves.
- How far away is the hotel from downtown Denali, the Visitor Center, the Denali Bus Depot, and the entrance to Denali National Park?
- 1.3 miles to downtown (7 minutes)
- 3.5 miles to Visitor Center (15 minutes)
- 1.6 Miles to Park entrance (8 minutes)

- What time are check-in and check-out?

- What is your cancellation policy?
- Fourteen (14) Day Cancellation before your scheduled arrival date. If canceled within fourteen (14) days, your reservation is non-refundable.

- Yes.

- Yes, there is free parking, but it is limited.
- How many people can we have in our room?
- The maximum number of allowed guests in a room is 4.
- Do you allow pets?
- We do not allow pets. Service dogs are permitted.
